Hey y'all, doing good? That's good, but you'll be doing even better after you participate in DEXTRA'16! Following the success of last year's
DEXTRA, Jinnah Highs is back with DEXTRA'16! A wonderful platform for all the creative minds out there to create what they think. Obviously, no one would be picked up randomly to particiate in the event. Interested people will have to fill the Registration form, Evaluation form and Submit it on the site. After going through a certain process, we will select the teams to participate in DEXTRA'16.
Here are some guidelines. Make sure you read them all before starting the registration process:
- First 20 teams to register will have confirmed slots in the event.
- Each team may consist of a minimum of 3 participants and a maximum of 5 participants.
- Teams are only allowed to come to the venue at the event days if they recieve the confirmation emails and have submitted their payments, consent/participation letter and photographs.
- The minimum level of education completed to be eligible to participate is O Level or Matriculation 1st year.
- A team must participate in 2 events. The teams will be allowed to participate in Mannequin OR Gaming Takedown making as 3rd event.
- Written consent from respective institutions must be provided by teams, you can download it from website. The consent should be bearing the stamp of the institution, and should have the signature of the Principal Advisor.
- Institutional teams are required to bring their school ID cards along with them at the venue. Private teams are required to bring their Form-B/CNIC/Passport at the venue on EVENT DAY 1. They will also submit the payment and copy of Form-B/CNIC/Passport at Account office Jinnah Highs Main Branch.
- Institution Consent form and the complete registration fee must be submitted before the deadline. Failure to meet the deadline will result in immediate cancellation of registration.
- After submitting the registeration form, email your pictures and evalutaion form at register@dextra.jinnahhighs.edu.pk. The image name should be the name of the delegate.
- Online registrations will be closed by 12th of December (11:59PM), Teams shortlisted will be sent the confirmation emails and will be required to submit their payments at the accounts office of Jinnah Highs School, Main Branch.
- TEAM DEXTRA reserves the right to accept or reject teams based on their event preferences in order to abide by caps imposed on certain events.
- Team registered through institutions would be given preference over private teams.
